Due to the nature of our work, we don't accept returns or exchanges. Also, no cancellations will be accepted for any personalized items ordered.
ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
You have 48 hours from the date of delivery to reach out to us about any issues with your product(s). it will be reviewed and if determined to be a mistake on our part, a replacement product maybe sent. Refunds will NOT be given, and orders cannot be cancelled once placed. You as the consumer are responsible to get the item back to us (item must be in the original packaging). Always read product descriptions before purchasing.
Your satisfaction is VERY important to us, so we will strive to make every order right! However, please note if items are personalized incorrectly based on incorrect information being provided, these are non-refundable and cannot be returned or exchanged. Please double-check your personalized details, messages/note to seller before sending your order.
WE DO NOT REFUND OR REPLACE LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES. If your package couldn't be delivered due to insufficient address or for any other reasons and the package is returned back to us, we will re-ship the package for you after you have pay the fees to re-ship. ***Please DO NOT pay the fee until we have informed you via email that we have the package in our possession.
